How to make candied orange peel

It's amazing how the food is taken by myths and more myths, and today I will reveal some myths about cooking our dear old noodles, things I just learned over the years reading a lot about it and talking to experienced cooks and chefs .

     · 100 g of mushroom

How to prepare


1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic. Add the wine and the chicken, and cook until tender. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Azeitão Pies




Made egg-based Azeitão the pies are one of the icons representing the region. With a light taste of lemon and cinnamon are the prime example of traditional Portuguese sweets.

Coconut Ice Cream Cake

     1 glass coconut milk (200ml)
     300ml milk

How to prepare
