Flounder in the oven the fashion of the old sea
2 large flounder
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1 sausage
1 bay leaf
salt, pepper, paprika, olive oil, parsley
Cut the onion and garlic slices ace
Make an onion bed in a tray
1 bay leaf
Place the sole above the onion
Place the sausage halved and sliced over the sole
The put salt pepper paprika and parsley on the board
Sprinkle with olive oil until they are almost the sole covered.
Place in the oven.
Serve with baked potatoes in the oven.
