Chocolate cake to pile
ingredients

Preparation
1. Heat the oven at high temperature and grease the baking dish with butter.
2. Whisk the butter and sugar. Add the egg yolks, one at a time, beating constantly.
3. Gradually add the flour and chocolate, alternating with the milk, stirring constantly.
4. Add the baking powder, bicarbonate and, finally, the clear. Mix gently.
