breaded broccoli
ingredients
1 packet of broccoli cut into bouquets
3/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour
2 eggs
½ cup (tea) of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons (soup) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon (dessert) baking powder
Oil for frying
How to prepare;
In a saucepan, place water and salt.
When boiling, add the washed broccoli and boiling for 1 minute.
Drain and then roll in cold water to stop the cooking.
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cheese and yeast.
Empane the broccoli bouquets in this mixture and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Place them on paper towels to remove excess fat and serve immediately.
