Rice balls with cheese




ingredients

     2 cups of cooked rice to spare
     3 tablespoons flour
     1 whole egg
     oregano
     1 small onion, grated
     2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
     2 tablespoons chopped parsley
     2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
     1 cup mozzarella cheese Mines or diced
     1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder
     Salt and pepper to taste
     ½ cup milk
     oil for frying

How to prepare

     Knead the rice with your hands, to grind the beans and add the flour milk egg.
     Mix a little. Add the onion, parsley, salt, pepper, grated cheese, oregano and yeast, leave form a ball and make the cookies by placing a piece of cheese in the middle, wet hands with water to not stick.
     Fry in hot oil cookies.
