Hake fillet with potatoes




ingredients

     1kg fillet of hake
     1/2 cup (tsp) lemon juice
     1kg of potatoes
     2 carrots sliced cooked
     5 tablespoons (soup) of oil
     Salt to taste

How to Prepare

     Let the hake fillet marinated in lemon juice. In a saucepan, place the potatoes to cook for 30 minutes. Remove the potatoes, cut into slices and set aside. In water that has been boiled potatoes with a slotted spoon, place the fish fillet to cook gently. Leave 5 minutes and remove. Mount a refractory with potatoes and carrots underneath, place the fillet of hake on top and drizzle with olive oil and salt.
