Cabbage baked stuffed flower



ingredients:

     1 large cauliflower;
     200 grams of ham;
     200 grams of mozzarella cheese;
     1 cup cottage cheese;
     1 small glass mayonnaise;
     spices to taste;
     grated cheese to sprinkle;
     grated mozzarella cheese to cover;
     black olives;
     salt and oil.

Preparation
1. In a saucepan with enough water put a spoonful of salt dessert and oil wire;
2. Cook the whole cauliflower, until al dente;
3. Once cooked, just go adding the filling;
4. Place the cheese and ham enroladinhos between the cauliflower;
5. Then, place the cream cheese and olives pitted;
6. Above spread the mayonnaise seasoning and grated cheese, along with mozzarella rada.
