Cake with guava




ingredients

     4 eggs
     1 can of corn canned drained
      1 small glass coconut milk
     ½ cup (tea) sugar
      ½ cup (tea) corn oil
      1 cup (tea) of corn flour flakes
     4 tablespoons (soup) grated coconut
     1 tablespoon (soup) of baking powder
     ½ cup (tea) of guava to pieces

How to prepare

     Place in blender jar eggs, corn, coconut milk and sugar. Beat for three minutes. Add the ingredientesrestantes except the guava paste, and blend until smooth. Put guava paste and mix. Transfer to a greased and lined baking sheet with wax paper also greased and bake, preheated on medium heat for 40 minutes. Unmold warm and sprinkle sugar before serving.
