Pudding of condensed milk and bread
ingredients:
caramel:
. 1 cup (tea) sugar
. 1/2 ICARA (tea) water
pudding:
. 3 cups (tea) milk
. 8 slices of bun
. 1 can of condensed milk
. 4 eggs
. 2 teaspoons (tsp) vanilla extract
. 1/2 cup (tea) grated coconut
Preparation:
Caramel: Heat the sugar, stirring until melted. Remove from heat and add the water, carefully. Take back the heat and simmer until a caramel syrup. Spread in a form of middle and book pudding.
Pudding: In blender jar, place the ingredients of the pudding, in order, and blend until smooth. Pass the prepared and lightly in a water bath in the oven, preheated at medium temperature for 50 minutes or until slightly firm (stick a toothpick and if it comes out clean, it's ready). Remove from oven and let cool. Gel for two hours and turn out to serve.
