Quick dessert of strawberry and cream



ingredients:

     1.5 pounds of strawberries
     500 grams of cream
     500 grams of simple sugar cookies (As Maria biscuits)
     150 grams of chocolate topping

Preparation:
Beat the cream with a 5 tablespoons sugar until they turn a very firm whipped cream. Be careful not to overcook. Put all the biscuits inside a clean plastic bag and crush them all, leaving some larger pieces. Wash all the strawberries and cut them into slices.
In a glass dish, place a 3 tablespoons whipped cream and spread across the background. Then sprinkle a layer of chopped cookies, then place a layer of whipped cream on the biscuits and then a layer of sliced strawberries.
Continue placing the ingredients in layers to put them all. Melt your chocolate cover and use it to decorate the dessert above. Once this is done, the dessert is ready.
Take the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until the biscuits are well wet and softened. Then you can eat at will.
