Bait fish with tartar sauce




ingredients

     1kg fillet of hake
     Juice of 1 lemon
     3 tablespoons (packed) dry white wine
     1 spoon (soup) of crushed garlic
     Salt and pepper to taste
     Flour to coat
     2 eggs to coat
     Breadcrumbs to coat
     Oil for frying

How to Prepare

     Chop the cucumber pickles diced fine pequenos.Transfira to a bowl and add the mayonnaise, olive, cream and mustard. Adjust the salt and refrigerate while you prepare the fish. Cut the fish fillets into strips. In a bowl, season the fish with lemon, white wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour. Drain and refresh in flour and then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil, drain on absorbent paper and serve with the tartar sauce.
