omelet healthy
ingredients
2 eggs;
2 col (soup) of water;
2 col (soup) of milk; black pepper kingdom ground;
1 col (tea) chives;
1 col (tsp) finely chopped parsley;
Preparation:
Quick and nutritious, ideal for breakfast or afternoon snack. 1 / Beat eggs with water and milk. Add the black pepper kingdom; 2 / Add butter in a frying pan (19 cm) and let it melt; 3 / Hit more eggs, until bubbly and pour into skillet; 4 / Cook for 1 minute; 5 / Sprinkle salt and cover with goat cheese and herbs; 6 / Use a spatula to loosen the edges. Turn on a heated plate. Add goat cheese and herbs to give a special touch. CHEF'S TIP add seasonal and soft herbs like tarragon and chervil
