stroganoff gratin



ingredients

     · 2 tablespoons (soup) of margarine
     · 1 onion grated
     · 2 cloves garlic, crushed
     · 1/2 glass of white wine
     · 1 kg of chicken (chest) cut into strips
     sauce
     · 1 tablespoon (soup) of margarine
     · 3 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
     · 2 cups milk
     · 2 beaten egg yolks
     · 2 tablespoons (soup) of cream
     · 3 tablespoons (soup) of ketchup
     · 1 pinch of nutmeg
     · 100 g of mushroom
     · 1 pinch of saffron
     · 2 tablespoons (soup) of curd
     · Grated cheese to taste
     · 1 potato sticks package

How to prepare


1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the onion and garlic. Add the wine and the chicken, and cook until tender. Turn off the heat and set aside.
2. In another pan, melt the margarine, add the flour and stir well.
3. Add the milk gradually and egg yolks. Stir constantly until thickened.
4. Add the cream, ketchup, nutmeg, mushroom and saffron.
5. Mix the sauce with the chicken. Put in an ovenproof dish, cover with cheese and sprinkle the grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C until browning. Remove from oven, place on top straw potatoes and serve immediately.
